EZGEL & EZPRF Treatments in Dubai
A Personalised Approach to Facial Rejuvenation
At ORSKIN Aesthetics in Dubai, we believe that understanding your skin comes before choosing a treatment.
EZGEL and EZPRF are innovative, blood-derived aesthetic treatments prepared using components of your own blood. They offer different approaches to addressing facial volume concerns and supporting skin quality.
Whether you're concerned about smile lines, under-eye hollows, facial contours or fine lines around the neck, a consultation can help you explore which options may suit your needs.
What Is EZGEL?
EZGEL is an autologous plasma gel prepared from your own blood. It combines heat-treated plasma albumin with EZPRF concentrate to create a soft, gel-like material.
Unlike conventional hyaluronic acid fillers, EZGEL contains no synthetic hyaluronic acid or chemical cross-linking agents.
Its consistency makes it an option being studied and used in selected aesthetic procedures, particularly those involving volume loss and changes in skin appearance.
What Areas Can EZGEL Address?
Over time, changes in facial fat, skin elasticity and tissue support can influence the way our features look.
EZGEL may be considered for different areas of the face, neck and hands, depending on individual anatomy and clinical suitability.
Nasolabial Folds or Smile Lines
The lines running from the sides of the nose towards the corners of the mouth can become more noticeable over time.
EZGEL has been studied for improving the appearance of nasolabial folds, with early clinical research showing encouraging results.
Under-Eye Hollows & Fine Lines
Hollow-looking under-eyes can create shadows and a tired appearance. EZGEL may be considered for selected concerns involving under-eye hollows, tear troughs and fine lines around the eyes.
Cheeks & Facial Volume
Changes in cheek volume can affect facial contours. EZGEL may be considered where subtle tissue support is part of the treatment plan.
Temples
Volume loss around the temples can change the balance of the upper face. EZGEL may be considered for selected cases of temple hollowing following an individual assessment.
Jawline
Changes in the lower face can make the jawline appear less defined.
EZGEL may be considered for subtle contour support in selected areas of the jawline, depending on facial anatomy and treatment goals.
Marionette Lines & Lower Face
Lines extending downwards from the corners of the mouth can become more noticeable with age. Autologous gel treatments may be considered for selected concerns involving these lines and the lower face.
Lips & Lines Around the Mouth
EZGEL may be considered for subtle lip volume concerns and fine lines around the mouth, including vertical lip lines.
Neck Lines & Décolletage
The neck and upper chest can develop fine lines, crepey-looking skin and changes in texture over time.
EZGEL has also been described in aesthetic applications involving the neck and décolletage, with the treatment approach depending on skin condition and clinical assessment.
Hands & Other Skin Concerns
Age-related changes can affect the appearance of the hands, including skin texture and volume.
EZGEL may be considered for selected hand rejuvenation concerns. Related autologous gel approaches are also being explored for uneven skin texture and certain depressed scars.
Not every area or skin concern is suitable for EZGEL. Your practitioner will assess your anatomy, medical history and treatment expectations before recommending an approach.
What Is EZPRF?
EZPRF stands for Platelet-Rich Fibrin, a concentrate prepared from a small sample of your own blood using a specialised centrifugation process.
It contains platelets within a fibrin-forming structure and is used in selected aesthetic applications involving skin quality and scalp concerns.
EZPRF differs from EZGEL in both preparation and consistency. It may also form part of the EZGEL preparation process.
What Areas Can EZPRF Address?
EZPRF and related injectable PRF approaches have been studied or used for several aesthetic concerns:
- Face & Cheeks: Skin texture, fine lines and changes in skin quality.
- Under-Eye Area: Selected concerns involving delicate under-eye skin and fine lines.
- Nasolabial Folds & Around the Mouth: Skin quality and the appearance of facial lines.
- Neck & Décolletage: Fine lines, texture and age-related changes in skin appearance.
- Hands: Skin quality and visible signs of ageing.
- Scalp & Hair: Selected hair-thinning concerns, with early research investigating possible improvements in hair density.
Evidence varies by application, and not every treatment area is suitable for every patient.
EZGEL vs EZPRF: What's the Difference?
Although both come from your own blood, they serve different purposes in aesthetic practice.
EZGEL combines a heat-treated albumin gel with EZPRF, creating a thicker material considered for selected facial volume and contour concerns.
EZPRF is a platelet-rich fibrin concentrate used in approaches focused on skin quality and, in selected cases, scalp concerns.
The appropriate option depends on the treatment area, your medical history and what you hope to address.
What Happens During Treatment?
Your journey begins with a consultation to assess your concerns and discuss available options.
If the treatment is suitable, a small blood sample is collected and processed using the relevant system.
For EZGEL, part of the plasma undergoes a controlled heating and cooling process before being combined with EZPRF.
Your practitioner will explain how the treatment is administered, potential side effects and what to expect afterwards.
Results, Recovery & Expectations
Every person's skin and treatment response are different.
The appearance and duration of results depend on the area treated, individual anatomy and the chosen protocol. Additional sessions may be considered following clinical review.
Temporary swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur. As with other injectable treatments, infection, vascular complications and other adverse effects are possible.
Your practitioner will discuss the benefits, limitations and risks before treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. EZGEL is prepared using components of your own blood. Conventional dermal fillers commonly use hyaluronic acid. They differ in composition, behaviour and clinical applications.
EZGEL and related albumin-PRF gels have been studied for improving the appearance of nasolabial folds, also called smile lines. Early findings are promising, but outcomes vary and further research is needed.
There is no fixed duration for everyone. The result depends on the treatment area, individual response and technique. Your practitioner can explain realistic expectations during consultation.
Both use components of your blood. PRP is platelet-rich plasma, while PRF is prepared differently and forms a fibrin matrix. Their processing methods and properties are not identical.
